Sam Madden is a strategic and analytical finance leader with 15 years of experience in the SaaS/tech industry. With an exceptional track record in investment banking, investing, entrepreneurship, and fin ops, he has handled $4BN+ M&A and financing deal experience and handled $100MM+ portfolios. Sam studied at Y Combinator, Riverdale Country School, and Colgate University, and was a member of Acceleprise’s Batch 1. Currently, he is CFO of Propeller Industries, where he previously served as VP of Finance, Senior Director of Finance, and Director of Finance. Prior to Propeller Industries, he co-founded PocketSuite and managed portfolios as a Portfolio Manager at MVR Capital, L.P. and Director at Highland Capital Management, L.P. Sam also has experience working as Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston. He was an Advisor at PocketSuite and a member of Operator's Guild.
