Tessa Shambaugh is a seasoned partnership builder with an entrepreneurial spirit and an inclusive approach to achieve high-impact results. Shambaugh holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from American University School of International Service, a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Government & Law from Lafayette College and a High School Diploma from EARJ - Escola Americana do Rio de Janeiro.

Shambaugh has held various positions, including Senior Officer, Disaster Fundraising at American Red Cross, Division Officer, Corporate and Foundation Partnerships at American Red Cross, and Associate Director, Corporate Relations at Atlantic Council. In addition to that, she has worked at Orr Group (formerly Orr Associates, Inc.), Pro Bono Institute, National Legal Aid & Defender Association, Strategies for International Development, UNDP, Lafayette College, and The International Center.

Throughout her career, Shambaugh has gained extensive experience in leading campaigns and developing long-term growth strategies, driving sales and development operations, and collecting and applying business intelligence.
