Kaylin Nickol is a senior international development leader with over two decades of experience in project management, policy analysis, business development, and staff management for USG-funded initiatives. She specializes in democracy and governance programming, focusing on post-conflict and political transition countries, with a keen interest in process improvement and quality enhancement.

Throughout her career, Kaylin has demonstrated a strong ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals and prioritize effectively. She is known for her expertise in international development, policy, knowledge sharing, business development, and strategic implementation. Additionally, she is a fluent Spanish speaker and holds an active security clearance.

Kaylin Nickol holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and Spanish from Austin College and a Master of Arts in International Education from The George Washington University. She also studied at Naaman Forest High School and Universidad de Salamanca.

In her professional journey, Kaylin has held key positions in various prominent organizations. She currently serves as the President and CEO of Nickol Global Solutions LLC.
