Atti Worku
Atti Worku is a celebrated social entrepreneur, model, and former Miss Ethiopia. She is the Founder and CEO of Seeds of Africa, a New York City-based nonprofit organization that empowers women entrepreneurs and educates Ethiopia's next generation of leaders. Worku has been recognized for her community service and leadership efforts by numerous organizations, including the African Diaspora Award for Community Service and the African Youth Excellence Honorary Award. She has been invited to speak at the United Nations, Ford Foundation, Bloomberg Philanthropies, and Women4Climate, and has authored an essay on girls' education as a solution to global climate change, published in "Why Women Will Save the Planet." Worku graduated cum laude from Columbia University, where she studied Sustainable Development. She is also a 2019 Gratitude Network Fellow.
