Jud Hampson is a highly experienced General Manager with a 20-year track record in leadership, project management, business development, and engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Australian Defence Force Academy, a Masters of Science in Military Vehicle Technology from Cranfield University, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from UNSW. Jud's extensive background in maintenance operations, Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) testing, systems engineering, energy management systems, and low-carbon technologies provides him with the skills and expertise required to oversee complex projects and programs.

Jud has delivered results in high-profile roles in both the public and private sectors. His previous positions include Senior Project Manager at Aurecon, Project Manager - Energy Intensity Metrics at the Department of Defence, and Project Management Team Leader at Coffey International Ltd. He was also an Army Officer with the Australian Army and has completed Leadership training at the Royal Military College - Duntroon.

Jud's current position is General Manager for RPS Australia Asia Pacific, where he leads a team of professionals and oversees project initiation, risk management, mechanical engineering, systems integration, airfield lighting and pavements (project management), business case preparation, vehicle design, RAM (Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability), and maintenance management.
