Mike Hausladen is a highly accomplished leader with an extensive background in commercial and clinical biologics and pharmaceuticals. Mr. Hausladen has a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the State University of New York College at Buffalo, an MS in Chemical Engineering from the University at Buffalo, and a BS in Chemical Engineering also from the University at Buffalo.

Mr. Hausladen has demonstrated world-class leadership in technical transfer, process improvement, capital projects, process development, and outsourced manufacturing. He spent over a decade at Bristol Myers Squibb in various leadership roles, including Devens Cell Therapy Facility Program Lead, Director of Microbial Outsourcing and In-sourcing, Head of Drug Substance Technology, R&D External Manufacturing, Director and Supply Relationship Manager, Clinical External Manufacturing, Director of Manufacturing Technology, Interim Director of Manufacturing, Associate Director of Pilot Plant and Manufacturing Support, Group Leader of Biologics Pilot Plant, Group Leader of Biologics Technical Services, Principal Engineer, and Senior Engineer.

Mr. Hausladen also spent time at Occidental Chemical as a Research Engineer, Team Leader OxyChem Electronic Materials, and at Moore Corporation as an Engineering Associate.
