Janine M. Kraus is an accomplished development professional and educator with over 20 years of experience in the field of fundraising and nonprofit management. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of North Texas, a Master of Education degree in Higher Education Administration from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Janine's expertise includes fundraising in higher education and community nonprofits, higher education and organizational leadership, volunteer management, strategic planning, public speaking, and training. She has served as Assistant Vice Chancellor of Loyalty Giving Programs at Texas Christian University and has held several leadership positions in the same institution. She was formerly an Adjunct Professor of Graduate School Nonprofit Management at the University of Maryland Global Campus and has also held Director positions in different organizations such as Office of Annual Giving at Texas Christian University, Director of Student and Young Alumni Programs at Texas Christian University, and Director of Operations at University of North Texas Alumni Association.
