Elvira Ershler is an experienced and accomplished professional with an extensive background in recruitment, talent acquisition, and management. She holds a degree in Principles of Oil&Gas production from The Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, a Master's degree in Public Administration from The Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, and is fluent in English as an interpreter.

Elvira is a co-founder of ANEL International, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, and has held several key management positions in top-tier organizations such as Sberbank and Yandex. At KidZania Moscow, Elvira served as the Head of Recruitment, leading the mass recruitment and operations teams. She also worked as a Senior Researcher at RosExpert, where she gained substantial experience in industry practices.

Elvira's professional journey started at ANCOR Energy Services, where she worked as a Junior Consultant and later as a Team Leader. She has demonstrated exceptional leadership, managerial, and problem-solving skills in various roles throughout her career.

Outside of work, Elvira is an avid enthusiast of international relations, public administration, and charity work. She is also a lovely person to work with and is passionate about her job.
