Ryan McNamee is an accomplished operations professional in the athletics industry with more than two decades of experience. He is a highly organized individual with a passion for working collaboratively with athletes, coaches, support staff, and administrators to achieve organizational and career goals. His extensive experience as a student-athlete, coach, and administrator has empowered him to become a servant leader with the ability to motivate and assist others in realizing their professional and personal objectives.

Ryan has a Master's degree in Health and Physical Education and a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Adams State University and Gettysburg College, respectively. He has worked in various organizations, including the University of California-Los Angeles, University of Nevada-Las Vegas, ESPN, Cornell University, University of Miami, Temple University, Summit Sports Training Center, Villanova University, and The School District of Philadelphia. In different roles, Ryan has been a director of football operations, skilled utility, director of player development, personal trainer, director of recruiting operations, and physical education teacher, among others.

As a skilled utility at ESPN, Ryan was responsible for working in various positions across the network's shows, including production assistant, studio camera operator, audio operator, teleprompter operator, and prompter producer. He later became the Director of Football Operations at the University of Miami and served in that capacity for three years. Ryan then moved to Temple University, where he became the Director of Player Development and later joined UCLA as an Assistant Director of Football Operations before rising to the position of Director of Football Operations, a position he still holds.
