He has over twelve years of experience helping businesses achieve their goals by providing win-win solutions and supporting the growth of his colleagues and team members as a mentor and coach. His expertise includes leadership, management, coaching, consulting, people development, facilitation, strategic transformations, organizational design, and change management.

In addition to his extensive IT background, Patrik is also a zestful student of humanistic psychology, psychological coaching, and systemic, narrative, and solution-focused approaches, which he applies to his leadership and personal development. He has studied a variety of courses and programs related to coaching, counseling, and adult education.

Patrik has held various roles throughout his career, including Managing Consultant of DWH/BI at Adastra Czech Republic, Freelance IT Consultant & Manager, Certified Coach and Mentor, and Head of Business Alignment at Raiffeisenbank a.s. He has also worked in senior management positions at MSD IT Global Innovation Center and GE Money Bank, where he was responsible for IT service delivery, data governance, business intelligence, and data warehousing. Patrik also has experience as an analyst/programmer and an Oracle technologies consultant.

Currently, Patrik is working on an exciting project based on SAP HANA, SAP Data Services, SAP Power Designer, and SAP Business Objects technologies in the automotive industry. Patrik brings a unique set of skills and experience to his work, making him a valuable asset to any team or organization.
