John Coughlan is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive in the transportation and logistics industry. He is the founder and CEO of the TransCold Group of Companies, a leading provider of distribution and storage services for dry, chilled, and frozen goods. Coughlan's career began over three decades ago when he founded TransCold Distribution Ltd. in Canada, which ultimately expanded its operations to the United States. He has held various leadership positions in companies such as Unilever Ice Cream, Coast Mountain Dairy, and Polar Industries Ltd. Coughlan's expertise in ice cream distribution led him to establish Sara's Ice Cream Factory as well as The Ice Cream Man, his personal venture. He attended Cistercian College in Ireland, where he studied Leaving Cert, Life Skills.
