Renate Schnutt is a marketing and communication expert with extensive experience in business development and corporate innovation management. She started her career in the tourism industry and went on to become Head of Marketing & Business Development at a multinational company before co-founding the Austrian women’s rights referendum campaign. Renate is a consultant, Scrum certified and a growth hacker, with expertise in B2B, B2C, and third sectors. She is currently the Head of Startup and Innovation Programmes at Advantage Austria, where she develops events and services for Austrian tech-startups looking to scale their businesses in the UK. Renate works closely with founders, investors, and policymakers to deliver innovative programmes for entrepreneurs, coach already established Austrian companies doing business in the UK, and supports the establishment of economic and R&D partnerships between Austria and the UK. Renate graduated with an MA in Arts in Business from the University of Applied Science for Tourism Management in 2008.
