Kelly Day is a veteran digital media executive with over 20 years of experience building, launching, and growing numerous digital brands and businesses. She currently serves as President of Streaming and COO for ViacomCBS Networks International (VCNI), where she is tasked with leading the international rollout of Paramount+, a new premium SVOD service launching in 2021. Kelly also oversees the ongoing international expansion of Pluto TV, the industry leader in Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV (FAST). Her responsibilities as COO include accelerating the digital transformation of VCNI’s businesses, strengthening the company’s long-term strategy and operations, and leading many of VCNI’s strategic services teams including Digital Ad Sales, Finance and Business Intelligence, Business and Legal Affairs, Strategy, Research, and Operations.

Prior to joining ViacomCBS, Kelly held various executive roles, including CEO of Blip Networks, Chief Digital Officer/Chief Business Officer at Awesomeness, EVP & General Manager, Digital Media and Commerce at Discovery Communications, COO, Discovery Commerce at Discovery Communications, Senior Vice President, Discovery Interactive at Discovery Communications, Vice President, E-Commerce at Discovery Communications, Vice President, E-Commerce at The Knot, Executive Director, AOL Shopping at America Online, Director, AOL Autos, AOL House & Home at America Online, Senior Product Manager at America Online, Product Manager at America Online, and Producer, Computing Channel at America Online.

Kelly's experience and ideas have led her to serve as a board director for Toronto-based Blue Ant Media and NATPE. She also enjoys sharing her knowledge and expertise in an informal capacity with a variety of startups and entrepreneurs. Kelly earned her BA from Penn State University and lives with her family outside of Washington DC.
