Sinead Johnson is a principal at Growth Lending Group, an accredited provider of the UK government’s Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme (CBILS) which is dedicated to supporting UK SMEs where traditional banks cannot. With 17 years of experience in banking, she is passionate about helping businesses with their funding needs for growth, acquisition or working capital. Growth Lending Group comprises three companies: BOOST&Co, GapCap, and KX Media. They think outside the box and can provide funding from £2-25m with the benefit of a strong portfolio management team. Sinead's education includes a Diploma in Lending Skills from the Chartered Banker Institute, an HNC/HND in Business Management from The University of Glamorgan, and high school from Milford Haven Comprehensive in Pembrokeshire. Before joining Growth Lending, Sinead worked as Director Business Development at Lloyds Banking Group, Business Development Manager - invoice finance/cash flow funding at Barclays, and Business Development Manager, Cashflow/Asset Based Lending for Wales and South West at RBS Invoice Finance.
