Verlin Gradney

Verlin Gradney, a native of Southern California, is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in finance and securities. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of California, Riverside.

Verlin embarked on his career in the securities industry in La Jolla, California, with American Express post-graduation. He later went on to have a successful tenure at GE Capital before establishing his own wealth management and Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firms in San Diego County, California.

With over 13 years of experience in securities and wealth management, Verlin Gradney transitioned to founding private finance firms specializing in venture capital, corporate debt, and structured finance. His current venture, Trade Desk Advisers, focuses on assisting startups and growth companies in securing institutional quality capital investments.

In 2019, Verlin launched The Corporate Advisory Collective (CAC) to provide a platform for professional service firms, consultants, and investors to collaborate and support the growth strategies of emerging companies. Through CAC, founders can access a network of advisors with diverse backgrounds to aid in the development of their businesses.

Apart from his professional endeavors, Verlin is the Founder of Mindset Startup Academy and has held key roles in organizations like San Diego Tech Hub, TDA Charitable Programs, and Trade Desk Advisers.
