Software Engineer

Lead engineer for a subsystem in the Ground Wave Emergency Network (GWEN). Subsystem consisted of four INTEL microprocessors. Responsible for a complete set of MIL-SPEC documentation.Performed detailed design, code, and unit test of modules in the E-COM Management Operations Center (MOC) subsystem. Assisted in the MOC subsystem integration, test planning, and on-site acceptance testing.  Worked closely with the USPS in designing, implementing, and installing enhancements to the operational E-COM system.  Developed and taught a four week training course for the MOC subsystem.
