Maxim Antonenko is a leading figure in the field of data analysis and robotics, with a strong technical background and an expansive entrepreneurial mindset. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), where he focused on mathematical modeling, numerical methods, and complex software.
Antonenko has held a range of senior and leadership roles across multiple organizations. He is the CEO and Co-Founder of Ant Robotics, a company focused on delivering cutting-edge robotics solutions. He is also the former CEO of NoXA Data Lab and Houston Fund, where he served as Product Owner and Algorithm Developer.
In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Antonenko has also held prestigious academic positions. He formerly served as Dean of the Software Engineering Chair at Innopolis University, where he helped develop and guide the institution's software engineering MS program, jointly with Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to his time at Innopolis, he worked as a Senior Researcher, Algorithm Developer, and Data Analyst at ICAD RAS.
