His background includes education in business administration and mathematics from Colorado State University and Arkansas Tech University, respectively.

Throughout his career, Graham held several managerial positions, such as International Sales and Marketing Manager at ITW Global Brands, Pricing Manager at Shell Oil Products US, and Finance and Analysis Manager at Latin America Car Care at Shell Oil Products US. He also has experience as a Marketing Project Manager at Innovation Industries and Sales, Service, and Marketing Manager positions at FMC Wellhead Equipment Division.
