Product Manager Pay Later at Klarna

Stockholm, Sweden

I am accountable for the consumer experience, performance and profit and loss of Pay later, Klarnas invoicing solution with key focus on B2C. Leading the a team of eight, I’m developing new products, expanding our existing product range to new markets, and consistently improving the consumer experience in our established core markets. Additionally, I’m accountable for keeping Pay later compliant. I’m bringing all teams working on the B2C experience of Pay later together, establishing a shared mission, vision and roadmap, as well as establishing KPIs and metrics. Day to day I’m working with stakeholders across the entire company, setting pricing of the Pay later product range, handling forecasting and follow up of the business results, acting on the continuously changing legal landscape (for example PSD2), as well as defining customer segmentation, customer journey and funnels.  We’re working tirelessly to improve and expand Pay later, making it Europes favourite way to buy.

Works as full-time consultant within digital transformation. Has had the role of full-stack developer, SCRUM-master, UX-designer, Product Owner, team lead and architect. Expert at helping clients capitalize scripting languages to quickly release new products to gather and convert leads, as well as improve brand experience.
