Theo Birkner is a vibrant real estate broker in Vancouver with a passion for the outdoors, design, and giving back to his community. With a background in marketing, automotive engineering, and tourism, Theo brings a unique blend of skills to help his clients buy and sell homes in the city. He holds a degree in Business, Marketing, and Tourism from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and a Residential Trading Services Representative certification from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.

Theo is deeply involved in his community and has held several leadership roles, including co-founder and sales lead at BizBurst Digital, co-founder and general director at Adventure Travel Collective, and former director of waterfront operations and work crew director at Keats Camps. He is also a former ski patrol and pro-purchase coordinator at Grouse Mountain, face of Canada's top hotel at Fairmont Pacific Rim, and Omega VIP client host at the 2010 Olympics in Whistler at SportsMark Management Group.

Theo's greatest passion is helping his clients find their dream home and make informed decisions about their property needs. He is known for his positive energy and enthusiasm as well as his ability to coach and guide his clients through the buying and selling process. Fluent in English and Swedish and conversational in French, he values family, social connection, and providing a feeling of comfort and contentment to his clients throughout their real estate journey.
