The Nestlé CARE program is a worldwide audit program which objective is to verify, through external auditors, that Nestlé operations comply with local legislation and with Nestlé Corporate Business Principles on Labour Standards, Health & Safety, Environment and Business Integrity.	My role as a Project Manager was to be the central point of contact, to develop the Business Requirements and RFP documents, following the RFP process including responses, evaluations, decision and implementation.With my expertise and global vision, I also have experience in Business Development by coordinating with other departments’ project for global business alignment and establishing a global long-term vision of the project around Social Responsibility.
