Dorian Mayer is an accomplished marketing demand generation operations leader at Forrester with an impressive professional background. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Latin American studies and Spanish from Southwestern University. In the past, she has held multiple marketing positions at Forrester, including Direct Marketing Channel Manager and Integrated Marketing Manager, Demand Generation. She has also worked as a Marketing Campaign Manager at Catapult Systems and a Senior Fundraising Director at March of Dimes.

Before entering the marketing world, Mayer gained experience in event management and nonprofit fundraising. She worked as the Director of Special Events at LifeWorks Austin and Corporate Relations Account Associate/ Young Leaders Society Interim Manager at United Way for Greater Austin. She also served as a Member-at-Large on the Emerge Committee at Leadership Austin and interned as an assistant to the Vice President of Development and Marketing at Leadership Austin.

In addition to her professional experience, Mayer has honed her skills in finance and banking, having interned at Horizon Capital Bank (which was acquired by Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. in 2005). She has also served as an office manager at Universal Appraisal Services and worked as a teller at Horizon Capital Bank.
