Amy Padfield is an accomplished education and engagement manager with extensive experience in ecology, biology, and environmental management. She holds a Master of Science degree with merit in Ecology and Management of the Natural Environment and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology, both from the University of Bristol.

Amy has worked for various organizations throughout her professional career, including the British Ecological Society, the Royal Society of Biology, the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, Plantlife, and the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre, among others. In her most recent role as the Education and Engagement Manager at the British Ecological Society, Amy developed and delivered educational programs, managed a team of staff and volunteers, and worked with stakeholders to promote ecological knowledge and awareness.

Amy's expertise in environmental education, ecological management, and biological research is evident from her diverse work experience, which includes volunteer fieldwork, expedition member work, and retail and admissions assistant roles at various zoos and conservation centers worldwide.
