Mike O'Connor is an accomplished insurance professional with a diverse background. With years of experience working with business owners, successful individuals, and professional athletes, Mike has honed his expertise in property & casualty insurance, employee benefits, bonding, personal insurance, and life insurance.

His education at The George Washington University, where he studied Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance, prepared him to thrive in the competitive world of insurance. Prior to that, he studied at Mount Saint Joseph High School.

Mike's career journey started while he was still a professional baseball player in Major League Baseball. After his baseball career, he started working as a client services professional at Guggenheim Partners. He later moved into the insurance industry and worked as an Insurance Agent at BB&T Insurance Holdings, Inc before joining Early, Cassidy & Schilling (an AssuredPartners Company), where he currently serves as Vice President.

Mike is passionate about protecting the things that matter most to his clients, enabling them to focus on achieving their greatest possibilities. He takes pride in helping clients navigate various risks and challenges in the insurance realm.
