Helen Poole is an experienced recruitment and talent acquisition professional with a passion for transforming the lives of young people. She has built her career on nurturing relationships and identifying fresh talent for clients across various industries. Her skills and expertise include account management, program/project delivery, event management, recruitment and employability, youth engagement, and client management.

Poole studied CIPD at Worcester College of Technology and BA (Hons) in Primary and Secondary Education with Design Technology at Liverpool John Moores University. She currently serves as the Creative Programme Manager at Ideas Foundation, where she facilitates opportunities for young people within the creative industry.

Poole is also a big advocate of the arts and volunteers as Music & Arts Manager for Magical Festival. She freelances for Big Fish Little Fish events and offers support at various festivals, from managing volunteers to artist and production management.
