Jeri Hilleman

Jeri Hilleman is a highly experienced corporate director and accomplished CFO with over 20 years of experience in driving the success of internationally-focused commercial organizations. She obtained her MBA from the esteemed Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and entered the workforce with an impressive background in medical sciences from Brown University. Through her directorship, she has served on audit committees, compensation committees, risk committees, pricing committees, and M&A committees, and has a proven track record of sensing opportunities and scaling biopharmaceutical, medical devices, lab instrumentation and software, energy, and agricultural companies. Her achievements include raising more than one billion dollars in equity and debt financing as well as the successful management of five IPOs and multiple M&A transactions. Ms. Hilleman's board experience includes serving on several public and private companies' boards, such as Novocure, SI-Bone, Minerva Neurosciences, and Reiter Affiliated Companies, where she presently serves as Board Chair for Omada Health. She is a member of the respected Henry Crown Fellows and Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute and has been recognized for her work as a CFO and business leader by several Silicon Valley awards programs.
