Dan Malven is a managing director at 4490 Ventures, a VC firm focused on investing in software companies at the Series A stage located outside of Silicon Valley. With an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, he has extensive experience in the tech industry as a three-time software company founder. Dan has served on numerous boards of directors and is a former member of the Young Presidents' Organization and Kauffman Fellows. He has also held executive positions at Walgreens and 1347 Ventures. Dan is a father of five and a passionate advocate for entrepreneurship and innovation.
