He holds a Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota and has a passion for working with startups, having founded 7 companies to date. Velander is a specialist in product development, mechanical design and engineering, pilot production, prototypes, and full-scale manufacturing. He manages and facilitates the strategic design, prototype, and manufacturing process for new product development.
