He has held various leadership positions in the consumer research industry, including Vice President of Consumer Research at Peryam & Kroll and Director of Global Insights for Better Health at The Clorox Company. Additionally, Ziad has been a part-time Adjunct Professor for Consumer Sensory Science at Dominican University and has contributed his expertise as an Adjunct Consultant in the pet food industry.
