Rajiv Mehta is a highly-educated business leader who holds an MBA from Columbia University, an MS from Stanford University, and a BSE from Princeton University. He is the CEO of Atlas of Care, a company that specializes in building cultures of belonging and employee well-being within organizations. Mehta has also served as the CEO of Zume Life, Inc., a Symbol Fellow at Symbol Technologies, and the Director of Product Management, Digital Imaging at Adobe Systems. Additionally, he has worked in various positions at Interval Research, Regis McKenna, Apple, and NASA.

Mehta's lifetime of experience has led him to advocate for organizational change that addresses issues of systemic racism and employee well-being. To that end, he developed Atlas of Care's program, "Mapping Ourselves: Personal Science to Strengthen Communities," which uses innovative and visual tools to encourage open, empathetic conversations and foster an environment of belonging within organizations.
