Adir Zimerman is a respected business leader with vast experience in technology, innovation, and sales. He is the founder of RAINMAKERS IL, an initiative promoting sales among Israeli sales professionals and entrepreneurs, and currently serves as the VP of Sales at Lightico. Adir's career journey spans across the aviation industry and high-pressure operational environments, having started as an Airforce Officer in Israel.

Adir has since managed to showcase exemplary leadership skills and a deep understanding of global business practices, building unparalleled relationships with top business leaders like the Walmart CEO, Doug McMillion. He has also succeeded in strategizing, building, and operating sales in various territories worldwide, penetrating new markets, and doubling businesses year over year.

With a B.Sc in Computer Science and a B.A in Economics from Tel Aviv university, Adir has gone on to mentor and lead master classes in business strategy and entrepreneurship for leading accelerator programs.
