Claire Parisa is an accomplished Affordable Housing Finance Consultant with a strong dedication to non-profit housing development domestically and internationally. A graduate of both UC Berkeley's Urban Studies Program and MIT's Department of Urban Studies and Planning, Claire is well-versed in financial modeling, real estate development, policy analysis, and affordable housing training. Her passion for the next generation of affordable housing professionals is evident through her work with the Emerging Leaders Peer Network and teaching courses at UC Berkeley. Her professional experience includes senior housing and finance consultant roles at the California Housing Partnership and project management at Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation.
