Kathy Fournier is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in program management, project management, and new business development. Armed with an MBA from the University of Colorado Executive Programs and a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder, she also holds a C4PM Masters in Program Management from the University of Denver. Her extensive knowledge in the areas of balanced operations, international business development, program management, and new product development has led her to serve as a Senior Director, Deal to Delivery Program Manager at TIAA-CREF, and as a Consultant and Program Manager/Project Manager at BoldTech Systems (now Perficient). Kathy’s forward-looking approach to program management methodologies, which includes Agile/Iterative & Waterfall, Enterprise PMO, and a special PMO she created, has granted her the ability to help enterprises prioritize and align their resources to achieve business initiatives and produce strong enterprise governance and accountability. She has honed her skills in telecommunications, government, healthcare, and direct marketing, and her proficiency in tools and technologies like Oracle, Sterling Gentran (EDI), SharePoint, GIS, and Project Server has complemented her success in advancing firms into new markets or strengthening their position within an existing market.
