Chief Technical Officer chez Valiantys - Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner

My role as a CTO is to coordinate our professional services activities around the globe. We have consultants working in 10 different locations on a daily basis who need to benefit from each other's experience and skills in the best possible way for us to provide the best service and experience to our clients.
I am working with our different head of professional services in all our countries to make sure they are aligned as much as possible on their processes (hiring, onboarding, continuous training, project management, delivery) and that each initiative they take can benefit to others.
I am responsible for coordinating our methods & tools internally to enable the delivery teams to do their job. 
I am responsible for our Managed Services activity, which is a strategic area of investment for our company. I have to define our service strategy and adapt it to the market and with our partners.
I am also coordinating our presales effort globally, providing guidelines and tools for us to be as efficient as possible.
Finally, I am in charge of our service offerings (professional services and training): offerings.
I am a member of Valiantys Executive Committee.

The Head of Professional Services leads the consulting team and manages the project that they deliver.
I managed a team of consultants that grew from 10 to 25 over the course of 4 years with very low staff turnover. The team was split between Paris and Toulouse, which required to travel quite often but also remotely manage all the team on a daily basis. 
Thanks to my past experience as a consultant I was able to really understand the pains & expectations of the consultants and act on it to find solutions. I was always very keen at adapting processes whenever needed to ease consultant's life, while keeping in mind the financial goals of the company.
During those 4 years, I managed more than 2000 professional services projects/and or training sessions that Valiantys France delivered to its client, which kept us at a very high utilization rate.
Along my head of professional services responsibilities I was also a very active contributor on the development of our service offerings (offerings creation, sales kits, delivery kits) and our internal methods and tools (mostly based on Atlassian tools). I initiated the creation of a new onboarding programme to help in the recruitment of new consultants due to difficulties to find already trained Atlassian experts.

As an Atlassian Consultant I had the opportunity to work for more than a hundred different clients of all shapes and sizes in all types of industries.
I have been involved both in functional and highly technical projects such as scoping workshops, Atlassian tools implementations (including custom developments and scripts), integrations of Atlassian tools within the client information system, data migration from other tools to Atlassian tools, installation in complex environments, upgrades, training sessions, team and people coaching on Atlassian tools.
