Robert Klein, a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and Charter Valuation Surveyor for the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, has an extensive professional background in property appraisals and consulting. With over 30 years of experience, he has worked on a diverse range of properties, including office spaces, multifamily homes, industrial buildings, shopping centers, cemeteries, and more. Klein is also experienced with valuation software such as ARGUS and Microsoft Excel VBA coding.

Klein has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and he has studied at The Ohio State University. He has held key positions in senior housing and healthcare groups, most recently as executive director at Cushman & Wakefield. Klein has also served as senior managing director and president at Valbridge Property Advisors - Entreken Associates, Inc., and as a consultant at Valuation & Information Group.

Aside from his professional work, Klein served in the US Navy as a Yeoman Third Class. He is certified as a General Real Estate Appraiser in four states, including Pennsylvania, Maryland, Florida, and New Jersey.
