Thomas Bondi is a seasoned executive with an extensive background in information technology, program and project management, relationship management, service management, and organizational change management. With a consistent record of driving productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction, Bondi is widely recognized for his transformative abilities as a change agent and business solutions evangelist.

Bondi holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Oklahoma, as well as a Master of Science in Management from Troy State University. He graduated from North Carolina Wesleyan College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems, and achieved certification in Project Management from the International School of Information Management (ISIM).

Throughout his career, Bondi has held leadership positions with major organizations such as TEKsystems, Microsoft, and the United States Marine Corps. He currently serves as Director, Practices and Delivery at TEKsystems, where he provides strategic oversight to maximize efficiency and ensure high-quality service delivery. Prior to joining TEKsystems, Bondi was Global Delivery Director at the firm, after serving as Managing Architect at Microsoft and Engagement Manager at both Microsoft and the United States Marine Corps.
