Harsh has an MBA in HR & IT from Karnataka State Open University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University.

Harsh's career started as a Sr. Contact Officer at Colwell & Salmon, where he gained valuable experience in recruiting. From there, he moved on to work as a Technical Recruiter/ Team Lead at Universal Software Corporation and then as a Resource Manager at FootPath, Inc. His career then progressed, and he worked as a Lead Recruiter/ Sr Executive Resourcing, an Account Manager, a Sr. Sales Account Manager/AVP, and finally as a GM - General Manager at IDC Technologies, Inc.

Throughout his career, Harsh worked on long-term, short-term, and contract to hire positions and interactions with individuals at all levels, including Citizens, Green Card holders, H1’s, and others. He excels at handling pressure and is a detail-oriented person who ensures the best fit between candidates and companies.
