Bryn Ferris is a dedicated business transformation and analysis services consultant who has taken on big, messy, and complex projects in his career. He studied B.Phil (Leadership), Interdisciplinary Leadership Studies, and Applied Science (Mechanical Engineering) at the University of New Brunswick. Bryn's focus is on aligning people to a common purpose, and helping organise the components of a system to best achieve results in service of this common purpose. His approach to achieving this goal is based on Open Space principles, prioritizing engagement and collaboration.

Bryn's expertise lies in a range of areas, including facilitation, strategic planning, business analysis, organisational development, performance management, stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and executive dashboards. He has worked with numerous organizations in his career, including Lansdowne Technologies Inc., Public Services and Procurement Canada, Canadian Transportation Agency, DICTUM CONSULTING LIMITED, Awesome Foundation Ottawa, HUB Ottawa, CT Labs, Intersol Group, Systemscope Inc., Jacques Whitford, and xwave. Bryn has also been an Overseas Staff, UNB Chapter President, and Executive Advisor at Engineers Without Borders Canada.
