Anna E. Shen is a data-driven professional with a passion for using data to make better decisions and positive impacts. She holds a Master of Science degree from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Anna has worked in various positions, including as the Associate Director of Marketing Analytics and Acquisition Strategy, User Acquisition Manager, and Marketing Manager at Curology, a health tech startup. She also worked as a Senior Account Manager, Digital Marketing, and Account Coordinator at 3Q Digital, a Harte Hanks Company, and as an Account Associate at the same company. Additionally, Anna worked as a 2016 Data Science Fellow at Delta Analytics, where she helped reform No Child Left Behind. Anna has also worked for the City Council of Berkeley, as their Research Intern.
As the Associate Director of Data Science and Analytics at Curology, Anna leads the data science team, using prescriptive analytics and customer insights to deliver real results. Anna's experience in growth expertise, analytics and strategy, and strong cross-functional communication has helped her make an impact in areas like poverty alleviation, eco-friendly farming practices, education, and environmental protection and advocacy. Her passion for using data to improve the patient experience, just like the Camden Coalition's hotspotting technique, has driven her to achieve remarkable results.
