Natalie Ashoory has over 10 years of experience in marketing communications and brand strategy. Natalie possesses an empathy-first approach, leaning on insights to drive impactful go-to-market strategies for employee-facing products. She works cross-functionally with product owners, content developers, researchers, and designers to develop content strategy and campaign and launch plans to rollout and market HR products across the company's 2.2M employees worldwide. Her projects at Walmart include launching and embedding a new employee value proposition to the global workforce, leading brand research, developing a narrative framework and branded experience of the Workspaces, including the forthcoming new HQ campus, and leading crisis communications around COVID-19 and return to office for corporate employees.
