Nathan Eckel is a 20-year experienced decision-maker who specializes in advising leaders through complex decision-making processes. He has a diverse career portfolio ranging from sales, marketing, branding, entrepreneurship, and design. Nathan's focus revolves around simplifying large data sets for leaders who need to make informed decisions. With his ability to think like a leader, Nathan can effectively communicate these data-driven insights to help leaders gain a better understanding of their decisions' potential implications.

Nathan has accomplished several feats during his career, including calculating a predictive algorithm with an RSquared value of 90.7% to help investors forecast real estate prices profitably. Nathan also created a model to equitably distribute rides between New York City taxis based on fare, location, distance, and weather conditions, attaining 74% accuracy, 73% precision, and 79% recall in random forest classification.

Nathan studied MS, Instructional Technology at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, BM at Cleveland Institute of Music, and a program at Case Western Reserve University. Nathan has been a project collaborator at Omdena and the former Data Analytics Fellow at Springboard, an organization that helps aspiring data analytics professionals build their skills.
