She is the Founder and President of Generational Designs LLC, where she specializes in offering predevelopment consulting services to builders and developers. Her target market is Affluent Empty Nesters seeking Simplified Living NOT Senior Living - Freedom from the Big House. Thanks to her extensive background in art and interior design, Connie is an expert when it comes to creating luxury living spaces that meet the needs of empty nesters.

Connie has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art/Interior Design (Interior Design) from Texas Tech University and has studied Universal Design at Professional Development - Harvard Division of Continuing Education. Throughout her career, Connie has held several positions at Generational Designs LLC, including President, Consultant-Sales Strategist, Consultant-Design Strategist, and Business Development. She has also served as Business Development at Cornerstone Projects Group, Sales Associate/Interior Designer at ROYER Commercial Interiors, and Sr Sales Associate at GL Seaman & Company.

Additionally, Connie Blake has previously worked as an Interior Designer/Sales Associate at Furniture Marketing Group, Inc. and Interior Designer/Sales Associate at ROYER Commercial Interiors. In all her endeavors, she has proved to be a subject matter expert and professional leader in her field.
