She was also the Vice President of Marketing and a Board Member at the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA). Karen is a certified NPDP Education Provider, providing professional development opportunities for senior leaders, product managers, and new product development teams. Additionally, she is a certified Applied Group Concept Mapping Provider, using the concept mapping technique to gain insights into strategic planning, risk assessment, and employee engagement.
