Margaret Kay is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland. With a background in RNA biology and gene regulation, she has made significant contributions to the field of molecular biology. Her work has been published in numerous journals, including PLoS Genetics and The Plant Cell. Margaret received her Ph.D. in Genetics from the University of Melbourne and completed her postdoctoral work at Harvard University. She now teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in genetics and molecular biology at the University of Queensland. In addition to her academic work, Margaret is actively involved in science outreach and communication. She is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of scientists and promoting the public understanding of science.
