Angela Erickson is a highly experienced and certified Project Management Professional who has been in the consulting industry for 11 years at Accenture, and the education industry for 7 years. She is an expert in Net Promoter Score, process improvement, program and project management, and relationship management. Angela has successfully led business reinvention projects for the University of Phoenix, improved processes, implemented a new NPS program, and served as a subject matter expert.
