Jeff Kornoelje is an accomplished finance and operations executive with a diverse range of experience. He is a skilled relationship builder, particularly in the nonprofit sector, and has a proven track record of success. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance, along with a minor in Theology from The Master's University.

Jeff began his career as a First Vice President at Merrill Lynch and then later as a First Vice President, Investments at Wachovia Securities Financial Network. After his time in the financial sector, Jeff transitioned to working in church leadership, serving as Executive Pastor at Grace Church and Executive Pastor of Operations at Crossroads Community Church.

Jeff has also been involved in several ministries, including serving as Chief Operations Officer at Strategic Renewal and Finance/Operations at Full Strength Ministry. He is currently the Director of Team Engagement at a Chick-fil-A-Franchise.
