Amul Joshi

Amul Joshi is an accomplished management professional with diverse experience in CSR, HR, labor welfare, child labor elimination projects, and mental health interventions.

With over 12 years of cross-cultural experience, he has excelled in managing large industrial HR functions, leading CSR activities, designing and implementing projects, and evaluating their impact.

Amul is known for his effective communication skills, leadership abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to engage with individuals across all organizational levels.

Since 2014, he has been associated with The MINDS Foundation, where he spearheads the implementation and expansion of mental health programs for various communities, groups, and institutions.

His expertise extends to mental health research, surveys, data collection, and preparing impact reports. He has also conducted specialized trainings and capacity-building workshops for various stakeholders in the mental health sector.

Amul's educational background includes a Master's Degree in HRM from Bhavnagar University, a PGDCA in Computer Software and Media Applications, and secondary education from St. Xavier's High School in Bhavnagar.
