- Arranging and conducting Corporate and New Entrant Assessment Centres across the business Nationwide.    
- Competency based interviewing and behavioural assessments. Providing developmental feedback.
- Organised and ran high profile new entrant scheme Assessment Centres for Advanced Apprenticeship Scheme and Track and Train.  
- Designed and Delivered Assessment Centre training for the business 
- Redesigned the format of Apprentice and Maintenance roles interview scoring sheets. 
- Involved heavily with dealing with queries from candidate who require special arrangements.
