- Plan and arrange music for weekly worship
-   Develop worship sermon series, creative rituals for worship, etc. in partnership with staff
-   Coordinate, recruit, and schedule volunteers for worship music
-   Encourage and develop the talents and skills of volunteers
-   Troubleshoot problems with various sound, visual, and video technologies
-   Serve as project lead for Sandbox Cooperative, podcast and online streaming speaker series
-   Develop curriculum as follow up to speaker events
-   Serve as point person for house church/experiment ministries
-   Encourage leaders in developing new engaging faith experiments

- Coordinate, recruit, and schedule volunteers for church events and worship

- Assist with staff and worship planning meetings
-   Select worship music, assist in leading Sunday worship
-   Update and maintain slides, video, and other technological aspects of producing a service

Worship and Contemporary Music Director Intern

- Assist in coordinating light, sound and staging for campus events based on needs identified in the riders for large concerts, guest speakers, and theatrical productions
-  Evaluate performers' requests, the physical space and technology of facility to determine the best use and production possibilities
-  Test and troubleshoot stage set-up prior to and during rehearsals

- Restructure the planning process for worship to allow for more comprehensive and organized services
-   Lead campus worship planning committees
-   Organize library and select music for services, lead congregation in music for worship
-   Coordinate six worship bands which includes scheduling volunteers and rehearsals
-   Provide training in worship leadership, technology used for worship
