Ky Thoes is an accomplished communicator with a prestigious Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Communication Management from Hogeschool Utrecht. Thoes has also pursued additional education, studying a Minor in Rechten voor Niet Juristen at the same institution. With a diverse background, Thoes has worked in roles ranging from Retail Recruiter at H&M to Recruiter Zorg at Maandag®, to eventually becoming a Recruiter at Triple. Thoes has experience in recruiting across various industries and has also held positions such as Intercedent at Luba, Sales Advisor at Inditex, and RPO Recruiter at Alias. Thoes has a keen interest in community building and talent acquisition and has held Community Builder and HR Advisor roles in the past.
